Right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (in Italy: Codice del Consumo, artt. 52 e ss.) you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Effective 19 June 2026, EU e‑commerce sellers must provide a digital withdrawal function. Use the form below to submit your request; you will receive an acknowledgement on a durable medium (email).
